Re-scheduling and Cancellation policy

Each coaching package allows for one rescheduling per live session, as long as this is arranged more than 72 hours before the session start time.

Sessions cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, or repeated rescheduling exceeding the number of live sessions in a package will incur a £40 fee, payable before the session can be re-booked.

For cancelled or re-scheduled in-person coaching sessions, meeting room hire and travel expenses already incurred will be payable in addition to the above fees.

Relationship with You Need a Budget LLC

I am a YNAB Certified Budgeting Coach, which means that I have been trained to coach people on using YNAB software and the YNAB budgeting method. I have met select requirements of You Need a Budget LLC in order to receive this certification, which means that I have the ability to competently coach YNAB to others.
